Shipping Policy

Due to Covid-19, our order volumes are higher than normal. Online orders may have shipping delays; delivery timelines are not guaranteed. We are taking extra care in our distribution centre for the health and safety of our employees and customers.

In addition, shipments handled by Canada Post will be delayed. Please anticipate an additional 5-10 days in your package's shipping delivery time.

WHERE DO WE SHIP ?

We currently ship to all Canadian and US postal codes. Limited shipping options may be available in some areas. We may restrict shipping to certain addresses such as warehouses, freight forwarding/redirecting services and hotels.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?

After your order has been placed, you will be notified with an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed in our fulfillment center within 24-48 hours, subject to peak holiday periods. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you are a registered user, you may also log in to your account to review the status of your current and past orders.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations. Express delivery is only available for select locations. At this time, we are not able to split an order into multiple shipping destinations.
